I have to say, of the four Sneaky Chef books, The Sneaky Chef to the Rescue is my favorite book. This book has 101 recipes, including holiday/special occasion recipes, allergy-free recipes (mainly gluten allergies) and low calorie/low fat meals.
I would say I make at least one recipe out of this book everyday. My pages are stained, maybe stuck together and I love it. Another great thing about this book is the nutritional information follows each recipe. My husband Scott is counting calories right now and this is a big help for him.
Some of my ultimate favorite recipes are (and it was hard to narrow this down): Peanut Better Waffles, Bacon Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sticks, French Toast Rollers, Monkey Pancakes, Portable Pizza Muffins (huge hit with my kids), Sneaky Sliders, Sweet ‘n’ Sassy Meatballs (so delicious!), Clever Chicken Teriyaki, Brilliant Blondies, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, and Light Green Goddess Dressing.
