  6. I would love to have this book. I had twin boys 6 months ago and have struggled with having enough supply to keep up. My boys lost alot of their birth weight due to this and we had to start supplementing. It’s been such a challenge because I so desire to breastfeed exclusively. I’m actually thinking about just giving up; although I really wanted to be able to feed them until they were a year old.

    • Adrienne – You must feel so overwhelmed right now – I know the feeling – and the best advice I can give is to just take it day by day. If you look too far ahead, it can totally make you want to throw in the towel. Start with today only, then tomorrow, focus on tomorrow. And so on. Just keep telling yourself to give it one more day, and pretty soon, they’re a year old and it seems like a distant memory. That’s at least how it’s been for me.
